Stadium: Stadion Šubićevac (cap. ~3,970; opened 1948; named after Nikola Šubić Zrinski). Won 2nd division (Prva NL) three times: 2005-06, 2019-20, 2023-24. Best top-flight finish: 4th (2009-10) — also qualified for European football that season (first time in history). Two Croatian Cup finals: 2009-10 and 2022-23 (neither won). Club owner SEH Sports & Entertainment Holding (Željko Karajica) acquired 2023. RELEGATION NOTE: HNK Šibenik was relegated from Prva HNL at the end of 2024-25 season due to licensing issues and financial difficulties; they dropped to 3. HNL – South (fourth tier).
