By creating an account or purchasing access on The Secret Way (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Secret Way provides a curated database of publicly-sourced football contact information including agents, scouts, agencies, coaches, and academies across multiple countries. The data is intended for professional use in player scouting, recruitment, and football industry networking.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your login credentials with others.
• Each purchase grants access to one individual account only.
• Accounts found to be shared will be suspended without refund.

You may use the data on the Platform to:

• Research and contact football industry professionals for legitimate professional purposes.
• Support player recruitment and scouting activities.
• Build professional relationships within the football industry.

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, republish, or share any data from the Platform with third parties.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically download data from the Platform.
• Use the data for spam, unsolicited marketing, or harassment.
• Use the data in violation of any applicable law, including GDPR.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying data in bulk.
• Share your account access with any other person or entity.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension and revocation of access without refund.

“Lifetime access” means access for the duration of the Platform’s operation under the current ownership and domain. We reserve the right to discontinue the service with reasonable notice. In the event of discontinuation, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice.

Lifetime access may be revoked without refund in cases of fraud, account sharing, prohibited use, or abuse of the refund policy.

Data on the Platform is sourced from publicly available information and verified to the best of our ability at the time of compilation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any contact information. Contact details may change over time. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from use of the data.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Secret Way is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or the data within. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for access.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
