I paid but my access isn't showing — what should I do?

Access is granted automatically within seconds of payment confirmation. If it's not active after 5 minutes, log out and log back in. If the problem persists, email us with your order number.

Can I share my account with a colleague?

No. Each purchase grants access to one individual account. Account sharing is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in account suspension.

How do I request a refund?

Email us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and we will process your refund, provided the data has not been substantially accessed.

How often is the data updated?

We update country databases periodically. All updates are included in your lifetime access at no additional cost.

For refund requests, please include your order number from your Lemon Squeezy purchase confirmation email.
