Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because The Secret Way sells digital access to data that is delivered immediately upon payment, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both customers and the business.
7-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided that you have not substantially accessed the protected data content.
“Substantially accessed” means browsing more than a few pages of the protected intelligence data. We log the first access timestamp for each user; this log is used to evaluate refund requests.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@thesecretway.com with:
- The email address associated with your account.
- Your Lemon Squeezy order number (available in your purchase confirmation email).
- A brief reason for your refund request.
We will process eligible refund requests within 3 business days.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued if:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
- You have substantially accessed the protected data content.
- Your account has been suspended for violation of our Terms of Service (account sharing, data redistribution, etc.).
- A refund was already processed for a prior purchase on the same account.
Effect of Refund on Access
When a refund is issued, your access to the protected data will be revoked automatically. Your account will remain but will revert to free status.
Payment Processor Policy
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy’s own refund policies may also apply. In the event of a dispute, Lemon Squeezy’s standard resolution process may be used.
