TIER NOTE: Club was excluded from the 3rd tier (ČFL) in 2022 by the FAČR Ethics Commission due to the 'Berbr affair' (corruption scandal). In 2024-25 competed in Pražský přebor (5th tier / Prague Championship), finishing ~2nd. The project entry 'FK Vyšehrad' — no separate active entity with that exact name found.
